Rehabilitation & Case Management Specialists

Supporting you to push forward

Transforming lives through personalised rehabilitation, we take pride in enhancing recovery for individuals with severe injuries. By blending expert resources and forging strong partnerships, we help clients move beyond limitations and achieve extraordinary results.

Who We Are

We offer a truly bespoke service and pride ourselves on our personal approach to rehabilitation, ensuring the co-ordination and skillful use of resources in the rehabilitation and support of injured parties who have complex clinical needs, calling upon multi-disciplinary input, including physiotherapists, psychologists, occupational therapists and vocational case managers to optimise full recovery potential.

We are based in Altrincham, Cheshire which allows us to accept instructions from the North West, North East, Yorkshire, North Wales and the Midlands, but we are happy to travel further afield if required and the injured party's needs allow.

Our Immediate Needs Assessment focuses on the extent of a person’s physical, psychological, social and vocational disabilities and details the intervention needed to rehabilitate the claimant and optimise their recovery. We do this by integrating services from both the public and private sectors to manage the rehabilitation of the client according to the programme agreed by the client, insurer and representing solicitors. We specialise in the case management of adults with catastrophic injuries, such as polytrauma, limb loss, brain and spinal cord injury.

What Makes Us Different

Our success is built upon forging and maintaining strong relationships between all parties involved in the rehabilitation process, from legal to the treating clinical team, and supporting the injured party to make what sometimes feels to them impossible ..... possible.

We are frequently referred cases where other case managers have been unable to move the case forward or achieve positive outcomes.

My team have had the pleasure of working with Amanda over many years in her capacity as a Case Manager appointed under The Rehabilitation Code. Our nomination of Amanda is driven by her compassionate and pragmatic approach in placing the injured Party at the centre of the process providing case specific advise upon activities required to improve quality of life and maximise recovery potential. We, RSA Motability Major Injury Team wholeheartedly endorse and recommend Amanda as a Case Manager who genuinely works with the Claimant’s best interest at heart irrespective of who the instructing parties are.
